Fevanux MR Tablet is primarily employed to manage discomfort induced by muscle spasms. This medicine belongs to a class of combination medications, including muscle relaxants, analgesics, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).

Fevanux MR Tablet may cause the following side effects:

Fevanux MR Tablet combines three active components working synergistically:
• Chlorzoxazone (250 mg): This muscle relaxant operates centrally, acting on the brain and spinal cord to alleviate muscle stiffness and spasms by disrupting the reflex arc responsible for muscle contraction.
• Diclofenac (50 mg): As an NSAID, diclofenac inhibits prostaglandin synthesis, which are mediators of pain and inflammation, consequently reducing these symptoms.
• Paracetamol (325 mg): This analgesic and antipyretic component blocks pain signals in the brain and lowers fever. It enhances the pain-relieving effects of diclofenac.
