How it Works?

Glynux MV 3.3 Tablet operates through the integrated action of its three active components:

• Glimepiride (3 mg): Classified under sulfonylureas, glimepiride facilitates insulin release by stimulating pancreatic beta-cell receptors, enhancing cellular glucose uptake, and decreasing hepatic glucose production.

• Metformin (500 mg): By activating AMP-kinase, metformin reduces hepatic glucose production, increases insulin sensitivity, and enhances peripheral glucose uptake while decreasing intestinal glucose absorption.

• Voglibose (0.3 mg): Voglibose inhibits alpha-glucosidase enzymes in the intestinal tract, delaying carbohydrate breakdown and absorption, thereby mitigating postprandial blood glucose surges.
