How it Works?

Luliren Cream contains luliconazole (1% w/w), which acts in the body as follows:

Disruption of Ergosterol Biosynthesis: Luliconazole inhibits the enzyme lanosterol 14α-demethylase, blocking the formation of ergosterol, an essential component of the fungal cell membrane.

• Fungal Cell Membrane Compromise: The disruption leads to an accumulation of methylated sterol precursors and depletion of ergosterol, compromising the integrity of the fungal cell membrane, resulting in its degradation.

• Anti-Inflammatory Properties: Luliconazole also exhibits anti-inflammatory properties, which aid in reducing symptoms associated with fungal infections.
