• Aiding the healing process of acid-related oesophageal conditions
• Controlling pathological hypersecretory conditions, including Zollinger-Ellison syndrome in adults

Panrux 40 Tablet contains pantoprazole (40 mg), which functions by:
• Proton Pump Inhibition: Pantoprazole blocks the H+/K+-ATPase (proton pump) enzyme system at the secretory surface of gastric parietal cells.
• Reducing Acid Output: By inhibiting proton pumps, pantoprazole decreases stomach acid production, aiding the healing of acid-related gastric and oesophageal lesions.
