• Managing pathological hypersecretory conditions like Zollinger-Ellison syndrome

Rabzix 20 Tablet contains rabeprazole (20 mg), which acts in the body as follows:
• Inhibition of Gastric H+/K+ ATPase: Rabeprazole inhibits the action of the H+/K+ ATPase pump located in the gastric parietal cells. This prevents the final step of acid production, effectively reducing gastric acidity.
• Reduction in Acid Secretion: By inhibiting acid secretion, rabeprazole facilitates the healing of ulcers in the stomach and oesophagus.
