Rabzix 20 Tablet is used for:

• Managing erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)

• Alleviating symptoms associated with GERD

• Facilitating the healing of duodenal ulcers

• Eradicating Helicobacter pylori in combination with antibiotics to lower the risk of duodenal ulcer recurrence

• Managing pathological hypersecretory conditions like Zollinger-Ellison syndrome

Direction of Use

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not chew, crush, or split the tablet.

 Take it with or without food.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

 Rabzix 20 Tablet is taken orally.

How it Works?

Rabzix 20 Tablet contains rabeprazole (20 mg), which acts in the body as follows:

• Inhibition of Gastric H+/K+ ATPase: Rabeprazole inhibits the action of the H+/K+ ATPase pump located in the gastric parietal cells. This prevents the final step of acid production, effectively reducing gastric acidity.

• Reduction in Acid Secretion: By inhibiting acid secretion, rabeprazole facilitates the healing of ulcers in the stomach and oesophagus.
