How it Works?

Rosuren 5 Tablet contains rosuvastatin (5 mg), which acts in the body as follows:

• HMG-CoA Reductase Inhibition: Rosuvastatin inhibits the enzyme HMG-CoA reductase, which is central in cholesterol production in the liver.

• Reduction of Blood Cholesterol: By inhibiting this enzyme, rosuvastatin lowers blood cholesterol levels.

• Increase in LDL Receptors: This medicine enhances the number of LDL receptors on liver cells, facilitating the removal of LDL cholesterol from the bloodstream.
