Telniz AM 40 Tablet contains two active components:
• Telmisartan (40 mg): This is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that prevents blood vessels from narrowing, aiding in blood pressure reduction.
• Amlodipine (5 mg): A calcium channel blocker (CCB) that inhibits calcium ions from entering the cells of the heart and blood vessels, facilitating their relaxation and dilation, thus lowering the blood pressure.
