Cilnaren TM 50 Tablet is utilised for:

• Managing high blood pressure, or hypertension

• Assisting individuals whose hypertension is not adequately controlled with dual combination therapy or monotherapy

Direction of Use

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not chew, cut, or crush the tablet.

• Take the medicine at the same time each day to ensure maximum efficacy.

• Do not discontinue without consulting your doctor.

How it Works?

Cilnaren TM 50 Tablet includes the following active ingredients:

• Cilnidipine (10 mg): This calcium channel blocker inhibits calcium influx into vascular smooth muscle cells, resulting in vasodilation and lower blood pressure.

• Metoprolol (50 mg): A beta-blocker that targets beta1 receptors, reducing heart rate and cardiac output, consequently lowering blood pressure.

• Telmisartan (40 mg): An angiotensin II receptor blocker that promotes vasodilation by inhibiting the actions of angiotensin II, thereby reducing blood pressure.
