How it Works?

Tamsec D Tablet comprises two pharmacologically active components:

Tamsulosin (0.4 mg): Tamsulosin acts by targeting and antagonising specific α1-adrenergic receptors located in the prostate and bladder neck. This results in muscle relaxation, thereby facilitating smoother urine flow and reducing symptoms of BPH.

Dutasteride (0.5 mg): Dutasteride functions by inhibiting the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a key hormone involved in prostate enlargement. By lowering DHT levels, dutasteride aids in reducing prostate size, alleviating urinary obstruction.
