How it Works?

Glynux MP 2 Tablet combines three active pharmacological agents:

• Glimepiride (2 mg): This sulphonylurea enhances insulin secretion from the pancreatic beta cells, thus facilitating the regulation of blood glucose levels.

• Metformin (500 mg): A biguanide that decreases hepatic glucose production, reduces intestinal glucose absorption, and augments peripheral insulin sensitivity, thereby lowering blood sugar levels.

• Pioglitazone (15 mg): This thiazolidinedione increases insulin sensitivity in muscle and adipose tissue, improving the effectiveness of insulin utilisation to decrease blood glucose concentrations.
