Rosuren F 10 Tablet consists of two active components:

• Rosuvastatin (10 mg): This inhibits the HMG-CoA reductase enzyme, curtailing cholesterol synthesis, enhancing LDL uptake and degradation, and reducing VLDL production.

• Fenofibrate (160 mg): This activates PPARα, facilitating triglyceride breakdown, altering LDL composition, and boosting HDL levels.
